For instance one day in the little kids camp, three to five year olds used their fingers and hands to create intricate monoprints, focusing on how the movement of their hands affect the printed result.
Similarly, in the kids camp, six to eleven year olds looked closely at their reflection to see the value- light and shading- of their features to draw self portraits. The kids are making great observations and sharing them with their friends during group share.
Summer interns and volunteers have started their service in the camps. They are helping with the camp session, running activities during break time, and making connections with campers!
It's already turning out to be a great summer. We look forward to getting to know you!
